- Sexual or Pornographic Content: Any explicit sexual content, nudity, sexually suggestive material, or content that is intended to arouse sexual interest. This includes but is not limited to explicit images, videos, or text of a sexual nature.
- Violent or Disturbing Content: Content that depicts graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, death, or other disturbing imagery that may cause emotional distress or trauma to viewers. This includes real or simulated violence, self-harm, or content that glorifies violence.
- Gambling-Related Content: Any content that promotes, facilitates, or encourages gambling activities, including but not limited to online casinos, betting sites, poker games, lottery services, or any form of wagering. This prohibition includes advertisements, links, or instructions related to gambling services.
- Illegal Drugs and Substances: Content that promotes, sells, distributes, or provides information about illegal drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, or methods of drug use. This includes content related to the purchase, sale, or use of narcotics, prescription medications without a prescription, or any substances that are illegal in your jurisdiction.
- Political Content: Content that promotes specific political parties, candidates, political campaigns, or political ideologies. This includes political advertisements, endorsements, or content designed to influence political opinions or voting behavior. We aim to maintain a neutral platform free from political discourse.
- Discriminatory or Hateful Content: Content that discriminates against, harasses, threatens, or incites hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. This includes hate speech, slurs, stereotypes, or content that promotes discrimination or exclusion.
- Harassment and Bullying: Content that targets individuals with the intent to harass, bully, intimidate, or cause harm, including cyberbullying, doxxing, or sharing private information without consent.
- False or Misleading Information: Content that contains false information, misinformation, or is designed to deceive or mislead users.

We employ both automated systems and human moderators to review user-generated content. We reserve the right to:

- Remove or delete any content that violates our policies without prior notice
- Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our Community Guidelines

5. In-App Purchases
Flek offers in-app purchases that allow you to access premium features, virtual items, or additional content. When you make an in-app purchase:
- All transactions are processed through Apple's App Store payment system
- We do not directly collect or store your payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.)
- Apple handles all payment processing and data collection related to purchases
- We receive transaction confirmations and purchase history from Apple, but not your full payment details
- You can manage your subscriptions and purchases through your Apple ID account settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and terms of service
